The Educational Counsellors Welfare Association (ECWA), founded in 2019 and head office at Patna, Bihar (INDIA), is one of the professional and dedicated organization in the India committed to promoting excellence and quality in education and opportunity of learning for all. ECWA's current membership of thousands include educational counselors , educationist , career motivator, and others involved in and committed to serve nation in the field of education.

ECWA’s Strategic Plan
In the fall of 2019, ECWA unveiled its strategic plan, The plan identifies six overarching goals that will provide a road map to guide and prioritize the work of the association over the next five years. Goals include:
- Advocacy – Raise the status of education and employment as a profession by advocating for high-quality technical education within national, state, and local contexts.
- Professional Learning – Enhance the professional learning of technical educators by providing a suite of services, resources, and opportunities that support long-term growth within a collaborative learning environment.
- Next Generation Education Standards – Revitalize technical education to boost student achievement and education literacy, and bolster U.S. economic standing.
- Elementary Education – Nurture scientific curiosity among children in the earliest grades.
- Membership – Enrich the ECWA membership experience through enhanced peer-to-peer engagement and differentiated benefits.
- Internal Organizational Goals – Fulfilling the goals and objectives outlined in this plan requires updates in infrastructure, as well as certain tactical team supports.
ECWA Vision
To emerge as a dynamic service and advisory apex organization in India by undertaking such initiatives and programmes which could strengthen and popularize Indian higher education as leading edge system in the world and promote greater national and international collaboration in Technical Higher Education, Employment , Research and Extension, Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities.
ECWA Mission
To promote and represent the technical and professional higher education system and Indian education system through strong liaison with the government and National/International organizations of higher education, sister associations world over and establish liaison between/among association through active support, cooperation and coordination among the member association and all its stakeholders for quality education, research, employment and other academics and extension activities.
